Whether existing or new supplier – we count on the continuous development of the business relationship. In doing so, we concentrate on all purchasing activities that serve to develop new suppliers or optimise the performance of existing suppliers. Our development measures can therefore take place before or during qualification, after commissioning or after the supplier assessment.
The entire development process takes the approach of a partnership, on a voluntary basis, and in accordance with the principles of procurement law. Agreements made together with the supplier are implemented and conclude with the supplier being informed about the development outcomes.
